2001年3月29日，仁川國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)正式通航；2008年6月20日，仁川國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)衛(wèi)星廳啟用；2018年1月18日，仁川國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)T2航站樓啟用。?
據(jù)2020年4月機(jī)場(chǎng)官網(wǎng)顯示，仁川國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)有2座航站樓，其中T1航站樓主樓面積50.5萬(wàn)平方米、衛(wèi)星廳16.7萬(wàn)平方米，T2航站樓面積38.7萬(wàn)平方米；站坪設(shè)163個(gè)客運(yùn)機(jī)位、49個(gè)貨運(yùn)機(jī)位；有4條跑道，均為60米寬，其中2條長(zhǎng)3750米，2條長(zhǎng)4000米；可滿足年旅客吞吐量7200萬(wàn)人次、貨郵吞吐量500萬(wàn)噸、飛機(jī)起降73萬(wàn)架次的使用需求。?
2019年，仁川國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)共完成旅客吞吐量7116.9722萬(wàn)人次，同比增長(zhǎng)4.3%，韓國(guó)排名第1位；貨郵吞吐量3765648.8噸，同比下降5.3%，韓國(guó)排名第1位；飛機(jī)起降40.4104萬(wàn)架次，同比增長(zhǎng)4.3%，韓國(guó)排名第1位 。?
